What is the Return policy period?
All the products have the same return/replacement period, i.e. 7 days.
When are returns not possible?

What items can I return?
All the products are returnable.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.
I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?
Please call us to cancel your return request or contact us on our facebook messenger and we will do the needful.
Can I return the products at the Future Consumer store?

Who will bear the return charges?
The consumer will bear the return charges.
What is the process if the customer is unable to receive the package?
In case the customer isn't available to take the delivery, one more attempt will be made to deliver (with no extra charges), and if the delivery is unsuccessful again, the order will be automatically canceled, and the 70% of the order amount will be refunded. 30% of the amount will be charged as under the order processing cost.
